Inaccurate and mildly sensitizing, the common language calls the IVF procedure, when the egg and the hormone cells meet, fertilize without the need for a laboratory test.

In vitro fertilization

Playback The IVF (in vitro fertilization) method is not a single procedure for the treatment of infertility, but a complete set of interventions developed by couples with fertility impairment. During the preparation phase, the appropriate egg cells are harvested, and in the laboratory phase, the direct ovum-hormone-cell meeting, fertilization, and subsequent entry into the uterus.
The first "flask" is now in its thirties: the first successful intervention of this kind was made in 1978 in England. Since then, a number of technical developers have been implemented, and now the success of the process can reach up to 35 percent. Efficiency, of course, largely depends on the circumstances, for example, the age of the mother has a major influence.

Who can you help?

The flask method is most often recommended in cases where irreversible fallopian tubes, severe endometriosis, follicular disorders, or a history of previous tooth sterilization may not occur naturally. Suggest ъn. even in cases of infertility of unknown origin.
Poor male onduct production also raises the possibility of IVF, as laboratory fertilization of ova is possible even if the number of motile, viable sperm is relatively low. Experiences have shown that milliliters above tens of millions of sperm concentrations are likely to occur if at least ten percent of the sperm cells are healthy.

Careful preparation is required before IVF intervention. During a wide range of medical examinations, other diseases (such as diabetes, thyroid gland, etc.) are also controlled, and the medications that are to be taken continuously are to be administered to the fetus. The genital organs are also tested for inflammation and infection, if any, they should first be treated. They also carry out the necessary hormonal tests and monitor the levels of thyroid, ovaries and adrenal gland hormones.
As a precondition, the male sperm, the number of viable hormone cells and its infectivity are tested. The couple both need certain lifestyle changes, avoiding smoking, alcohol consumption, and being lucky enough to achieve a healthy body weight. Both lean and fattened physique are unfavorable in terms of artificial fertilization.

To help nature

The IVF procedure is performed at Assisted Reproduction Centers. Initially, a normal cycle matured egg was used for fertilization. However, the point here is also to help nature at this point: ovaries provide mild, personalized hormonal stimulation to provide the best possible intervention.
The follicular process is monitored by hormone measurement and ultrasound, and at the appropriate time, ultrasound guidance, a special needle, extracts mature oocytes from the follicles. The depletion of oocytes and follicles occurs mainly during short anesthesia. Ripe, suitable ova are fertilized with male germ cells derived from the sperm of a pair of male members (unless its sterility necessitates the use of donor sperm).
In some cases, it may also be necessary to aid in fertilization itself, the penetration of the human germ cell into the egg cell wall: this is yours. ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) method. In this case, a single sperm is introduced into the egg using a thin pipette.
Fertilized ova and embryos are then monitored for 2-6 days in the laboratory. After breeding in a special medium for a few days, select the most viable among embryos (usually up to three because of the possibility of multiple pregnancies). This is done with the help of a thin catheter.
We also support the success of hormones (gestagens) that help the development of urine and the development of the womb. If all goes well, after two weeks, the control can give you some good news: the lab test is pregnant, and a week later, the ovary can be screened with ultrasound. In the short term, after the first six weeks or so, the responsible breastfeeding nurse can take care of the expectant mother.
