In Hungary, the number of children with certain types of diabetes has doubled in the past two decades.

According to research results, the number of children with diabetes in the United States and Europe is drastically increasing. Adequate vitamin D intake may also help in your defense. Even though over one hundred thousand Hungarian children have suffered from type 1 diabetes over the past 100 years, this figure has doubled, according to the Hungarian Diabetes Society. In the spring, Diabetes Care magazine published a study in the United States that the incidence of certain types of diabetes in young children is drastically increasing at sea. According to researchers, in Philadelphia, the number of children under the age of 5 increased by seventy percent over two decades - between 1985 and 2004. A similar trend can be observed across the country, and even in Europe.

Vitamin D should be supplemented

A growing number of experts believe that severe vitamin D deficiency, which is increasing in similar proportions, may contribute to such a spread of the disease. Previously, a Finnish study in a study found that with a proper dose of vitamin D, the risk of Type 1 diabetes was reduced by 78 percent.
"Vitamin D deficiency, of course, does not automatically lead to diabetes, but we can say that the results of research are clear: Vitamin D deficient children have a higher risk of developing certain types of diabetes," he said. Professor Andrab Szabou, one of the most renowned Hungarian experts in vitamin D, is the director of the Children's Clinic at Tыzoltу Street. He added: Vitamin D works in one of our safety years. "We do not necessarily suffer an accident if we do not turn on the belt, but its use will significantly reduce the risk if the problem occurs," said the professor.

The deficient vitamin D can also be given into the body by the doctor's recommended supplements and vitamin-fortified foods, which is especially recommended during the fall. "Junior children's drinks, yoghurts, butter, sea fish, eggs, caviar, fish oils and mushrooms" - lists dr. Andrab Szabou the recommended foods. However, the amount of vitamin D in cow's milk is low and is therefore unsuitable for vitamin supplementation.

Adults are also at risk

The expert again drew attention to the results of the first national, representative, vitamin D level study conducted by the Semmelweis University Clinical Medicine Department I, which was published in the autumn of this year. The problem is far greater than what doctors had previously thought, as the "barely" rate of 60 percent before the survey was based on the results of a study in children under 18 years of age.
Vitamin D supplementation is an absolute necessity in the fall-winter months - children and adults alike. hiбnyбnak called the napfйnyvitaminnak also molecular no egyйrtelmы tьnetei but hosszъ tбvon lead szбmos betegsйg kialakulбsбhoz near cukorbetegsйg - the tцbbi kцzцtt йs йrrendszeri betegsйgeket high vйrnyomбst, csontritkulбst, immune legyengьlйsйt йs autoimmune betegsйgek kialakulбsбt cause szнv- but tumor йs vйrkйpzхszervi betegsйgek it also increases the risk.
